Setting up an Account:
You have the option of either creating an account with a password and username, or you are welcome to browse our site, examine products and prices, and search for health articles. The account is free, and it takes only a few minutes to input your information when checking out. Changing Your Information

To change your password or username, you will need to email us at: customerservice@nutrigreens.com
with the new information and our Web Designer will comply with your request.
You are able to log in and enter you password and username to change your billing and shipping information.

Shipping

Shipping Rates & Policies:
Please use the following chart to determine your shipping costs.

Below is the estimated delivery time for your order to arrive, however it will determine
when it leaves our shipping department.  Except for out of stock items your order will ship
within 24 hours.

 
International orders will be normally shipped through the Postal Service or
if you prefer sending it by way of (Express Mail USPS) or (UPS) please email us at:

Tracking Your Package:

Once your order has been placed an invoice with the order number will be sent to you.
Next, our shipping department will receive the order and it will be shipped within 24 hours, a label
will be created for your package with a tracking number being generated and emailed to you. If you click
on the link provided you will be taken to a website and there, enter in the tracking number and view
the progress of your order.

Where We Ship:
We ship to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico, (no restrictions).

Ordering & Billing 

Placing an Order:
1. Browse through the website and select the products you desire by clicking the Add to Cart button.
2. If you find a website that has the identical product for less, click the Price Match button and
   enter the (url address) plus the price, and we will beat that amount by a dollar.
3. When you have selected all the products you wish, click the Proceed to Checkout.
4. Returning customers enter your email address and password,
New customers need to create an email address and password to get signed up.
5. Enter your shipping address and billing information.
6. Select a method of shipping.
7. Choose credit card type, impute your card number, ccv number, expiration date, and
card holders name.
8. Review and submit your order, by clicking on the Complete This Order button.
9. You will receive a confirmation number if approved, an invoice with the order number
will be emailed to you.

Payment Options:

Canceling an Order:
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by phone: (1-866-607-2804) or email us: customerservice@nutrigreens.com with 12 hours of placing your order. 

Sales Tax:
Customers with orders shipping to Utah (only) will be charged applicable sales tax.
Please refer to the local sales tax rate as applicable.

Returns

Return Policy:

You may return any item purchased from Nutrigreens.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.
For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for
unopened items in the original form of payment, and merchandise credit for opened items.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Nutrigreens.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
