Return Policy

If we make an error on the item(s) we ship to you we will happily incur all shipping costs relating to the error, including shipping the mistaken order back to us and reshipping the correct merchandise to you. This includes product that arrives un-used and damaged during the shipment to your address. You have up to 15 days after product is received to return the damaged product.

If we are responsible for return shipping and you are in the Continental United States, we use UPS Ground. The time of delivery will vary from 2-6 business days depending on your location.

Before returning any product to our company. please call our customer service line at 1-800-733-9271 and write a Return Authorization number on the outside of your package. If there is no number on your package it will be refused and sent back to your address.

Please note: When standard shipping is selected, Nutrigreens.com determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.

Oversized Items
Shipping on oversized or heavy items costs extra. Be sure to read the special shipping information that appears on the product page, or on the checkout page on your shopping basket. Oversized charges are not added on Nutrigreens.com Store Pickup orders.
