Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take two Allergy MultiCaps capsules three times daily, preferably with each meal. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Free of most common allergens such as fish, fish oils, iodine, wheat, yeast, barley, rice, lactose (milk sugar), milk, egg, citrus, citrus or lemon bioflavonoids, nightshade vegetables, salicylates. Hydrolyzed protein amino acid chelates, mineral gluconates and citrates are avoided as these are derived from soy, barley, corn, potato, milk, egg and yeast.

Warning:
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
